The short version.

Buy a stablecoin — USDT or USDC, each pegged to one US dollar — at any exchange. Pick that token at our checkout, place the order, and an address, a QR code and an exact amount appear. Send it. The order moves itself on, usually within minutes, and the confirmation email goes out on its own.

Nothing touches a card, nothing about you is stored, and no third-party payment script loads anywhere on this site.

What a stablecoin is, in one paragraph.

USDT (Tether) and USDC (Circle) are tokens built to hold one US dollar of value. They do not swing the way bitcoin does — that is the entire point of them, and why we price in euro and convert only at the moment the invoice is written.

So the figure we ask for is fixed and will not move while you pay. If the invoice runs out before you send, make a new one.

Picking a network.

The same token lives on several networks and they are not interchangeable. Take whichever your exchange sends most cheaply — then use that same one when you withdraw.

The one rule: the network you choose at our checkout and the network on your withdrawal screen have to be the same word. USDT sent over Tron to a Polygon address is not late — it is gone.

Your first time, step by step.

1. Open an account at a large exchange — Kraken, Binance, Coinbase and Bitvavo all serve the EU. Identity checks run from minutes to a day, so do this part before you need it.
2. Fund it. SEPA is the cheap road and usually lands the next working day; a card is instant and normally costs a few percent more.
3. Buy USDT or USDC for the order total, plus a euro or two to cover the network fee.
4. Come back, choose Crypto at checkout, pick your token and network, and place the order. Address, QR and exact amount appear at once — and again in your email, so you can finish it on a phone.
5. On the exchange choose Withdraw, paste our address, select the same network, and type the amount exactly as shown — every decimal of it.
6. Send. Polygon and Tron normally settle inside a minute. When it lands the order flips to confirmed on its own and the email goes out.

That is the whole thing. The second time takes about ninety seconds.

The five mistakes people actually make.

1. Wrong network. The costliest mistake in crypto and the easiest to avoid — read the network twice before you press send.
2. Rounding the amount. Matching is by the exact figure to the final decimal. A rounded number sits there waiting for a human.
3. Letting the invoice lapse. It holds for two hours. After that ask for a fresh one instead of sending to an old address.
4. Sending the other token. USDT and USDC are not the same thing — send what you selected.
5. Paying from a service that hides the network. Some brokers and apps will not let you pick one. If you cannot see the network, use an exchange that shows it.

What it costs.

We add nothing for paying in crypto. The only extra is your exchange's network fee to send — cents on Polygon and Tron, materially more on Ethereum.

Send the exact invoice figure and let the exchange add its fee on top. If it insists on taking the fee out of the amount, raise the number so what arrives is what the invoice asked for.

What we can and cannot see.

Our payment system only watches for an amount arriving at an address. It never touches your wallet, never asks for a key or a seed phrase, and nobody at PRIMALFORM will ever ask you for one.

No card data exists here because no cards are taken, and nothing from a payment provider loads in your browser.

Refunds return to the wallet that paid, same token, same network, as the number of tokens received rather than their euro value on the day.

If it goes wrong.

Write with your order number and the transaction hash from your exchange. A payment that arrived late, short, or against a lapsed invoice gets matched by hand — an annoyance, not a loss. A payment sent on the wrong network is the single case nobody can undo, which is why it heads the list above.
