Getting it out the door.
We pick and pack the same day. A bank transfer is boxed the moment the money shows on our side; a crypto order confirms itself as soon as the network settles, which is usually a matter of minutes.
Anything placed over a weekend or a public holiday goes out on the next working day.
How long it takes.
Most cartons land within 4 days of dispatch. That is the normal door-to-door time inside the European Union — not a promise. A carrier delay, a customs check or a mistyped address can add a day or two.
The tracking number reaches you by email the moment the carton leaves us. If tracking has not moved in three working days, tell us and we chase the carrier ourselves rather than asking you to.
What the box looks like.
Plain and unbranded. Nothing printed on the outside names the compound, the maker or this shop, and the sender line carries a neutral name. The customs declaration states the legal minimum and not a word more.
What it costs.
One flat €20.00 per order, for picking and delivery together. It does not move with the number of items, the weight or the destination country, and a discount code never touches it — coupons come off the goods.
Everything on the site is priced in EUR. We ship inside the European Union and nowhere else.
If it turns up damaged.
Photograph the carton and the contents before unpacking any further, then send the pictures with your order number. Anything broken in transit gets replaced or refunded — the detail is under Returns & refunds. Returns & refunds
Storing it once it lands.
Nothing here travels refrigerated and nothing needs to. We follow what each maker prints on their own goods:
- Tablets and oral packs — keep at room temperature, away from light and moisture, in the blister or bottle they came in.
- Oil-based ampoules — a cool dry place, around 30 °C at most, protected from light. Lyophilised vials keep cool and dry, and are never frozen.
So a carton sitting in a hallway for a day is not a problem, and neither is the time it spends with the carrier. Once a pack is opened, follow the maker's own instruction printed on that product page.
