1. Who you are buying from.

primalform.eu is operated by PRIMALFORM. We ship from within the European Union — fast, reliable, tracked delivery to your door. Written questions and every notice under these terms go to [email protected].

2. Research use only.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• you are of legal age where you live;
• the goods are for laboratory research and analysis only, and will not be consumed by a person or an animal, resold as a medicine, or used in a clinical or diagnostic setting;
• handling, storing and disposing of them safely is on you, as is checking that receiving them is lawful where you are. The rules differ country to country and we cannot check them on your behalf.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. The text on product pages is the maker's own, reproduced as published — the dosing, protocols and effect claims inside it come from them, not from us, and we neither endorse nor verify them.

3. Orders.

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We may decline one — a line turning out to be off the shelf, a price that was wrong, an address we cannot lawfully ship to — and in that case nothing is charged, or anything already paid comes straight back in full.

Lines marked on request carry no list price. They are quoted by email before any payment is due, and the quote is yours to refuse.

4. Prices and payment.

• Prices are in EUR and include our margin. They can change at any time, but never after an order has been confirmed.
• A flat €20.00 fulfillment & delivery fee is added to every order whatever its size. Discount codes reduce the goods, never the fee.
• You pick the method at checkout: bank transfer (details and a reference appear on the confirmation page and in the email) or crypto — USDT/USDC on Polygon, Ethereum or Tron, with the address, the exact amount and a QR code shown immediately.
• A crypto invoice is matched on the exact amount and lapses after two hours. Send the figure shown, not a rounded one, or it will not match automatically.
• Nothing leaves the shelf before payment has cleared.

5. Delivery.

We ship inside the European Union only. Orders are picked and posted the same day and most cartons arrive within 4 days, plain-packaged and tracked. The detail is under Shipping & Delivery. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the carrier hands the carton over at the address you gave us, so give an address where somebody can actually take it.

7. Accounts.

An account is optional — guest checkout works. If you make one, keep the password to yourself: anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in. We may close an account used for fraudulent orders or to obtain goods for human use.

8. What we are not liable for.

We are liable for delivering what you ordered in the condition described, and for refunding you when we do not. We are not liable for what happens to the goods afterwards: the entire risk of any use beyond in-vitro laboratory research — including any use on a person or an animal — is yours, and using them that way breaches these terms.

None of this limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud.

9. Changes and governing law.

We may update these terms. The version that governs your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top tells you which. The contract is governed by the law of the EU member state where the seller is established, and buying as a consumer does not cost you the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
